PPF needed a way to let their clients know everytime they closed a deal in order to keep in contact with them, keep them up-to-date on their business, and keep PPF's name top of mind. Together, we developed the Closing Deal Suite, a suite of products that outlines their closings.
First a postcard is created that is sent to their mailing list. Second, the track record is updated with both a printed version to hand out during meetings and events and an emailable version to send to their client base. Third, a closed deal page is created to go into a book portfolio of successful closings that they show to new clients and interested parties.
This suite of products keeps PPF in touch with their clients and keeps all their marketing materials up-to-date and relevant.
